Customer service is R & S Pool & Spa’s strongest point. This applies to the way we treat our customers with the kind of courtesy any business should. We also have parts that you need when you need them in the short season we have in the St. Louis area. We have been told by many of our manufacturer’s representatives that R & S has the largest inventory of parts in stock in the country.

When customers approach our counter they will be greeted by one of our knowledgeable staff with a combined total of over 200 years of experience. This is what most of our staff has done all their lives.

R & S is very proud of its expertise in water chemistry and repairing equipment. We are the authorized service center for numerous manufacturers. We also do in-house repairs for customers and many other pool companies in St. Louis Metro Area.
